1. Acceptance
By installing or using GeoCoach Helper, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the extension or this website.
2. Independent extension
GeoCoach Helper is an independent browser extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher, platform, or third-party brand. Any reference to geographic tools is for general location assistance purposes only.
3. Personal use
GeoCoach Helper is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or modify the extension without prior written permission.
4. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use GeoCoach Helper. You agree not to use the extension in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or violates the terms of service of any platform you access. You use the extension at your own risk.
5. GeoCoins and credits
GeoCoins are virtual credits used within GeoCoach Helper. They are non-refundable once used. They have no monetary value outside of the GeoCoach Helper service. GeoCoins do not expire as long as your account remains active.
6. Payments
All purchases are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
7. Refunds
Unused GeoCoins may be eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and the credits have not been used. Lifetime Access purchases are final. Contact support to request a refund review.
8. Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.
9. Service availability
We strive to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of liability
GeoCoach Helper is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension or service.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
