Installation Guide

    Open the Chrome Web Store in your Chrome browser.

    Search for "GeoCoach Helper" in the search bar.

    Click the extension in results, then click "Add to Chrome".

    Confirm by clicking "Add extension" in the popup.

    The GeoCoach Helper icon will appear in your Chrome toolbar.

    Click the icon or pin it from the extensions menu to get started.

How do I install GeoCoach Helper?

Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for 'GeoCoach Helper', and click 'Add to Chrome'. Once installed, you will find the extension icon in your browser toolbar. Click it to open the side panel.

My extension is not showing up — what do I do?

Make sure you have Chrome version 114 or higher. Try pinning the extension via the puzzle icon in the top right of Chrome. If the issue persists, try removing and reinstalling the extension.

I purchased GeoCoins but they are not appearing.

Please allow a few minutes for the transaction to process. Try signing out and back in. If credits are still missing after 10 minutes, contact us with your purchase confirmation email.

Can I use GeoCoach Helper on browsers other than Chrome?

Currently, GeoCoach Helper is available exclusively as a Chrome extension. Support for other Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave) may be added in the future.
